Author: Glee’s lead star, Lea Michele, and creator, Ryan Murphy, has this in common to share about Charice upon meeting and hearing her in person. They were just so taken by Charice. Ryan Murphy even said these same words in an interview to describe the experience.
Equally just as relevent to ‘How Charice was cast in Glee‘ due to her upcoming debut on the TV musical series this coming September 21st, is how her viral video landed on Youtube due to references made to it after returning to Star King for the third time in Korea for her self-titled international debut album Asian Tour. In the viral video, she was belting the song ‘And I Am Telling You’ from the Broadway musical ‘Dreamgirls’, wearing pink, hair pig-tailed, stomping her right foot, and tossing the mic. Young starlet Charice set to take on the world after being noticed on YouTube
Charice Pempengco is every bit a songstress diva. She hummed a few melodies here and there to fill the void during our interview, and upon request to sing a Happy Birthday tune for a local magazine, Pempengco, better known as Charice, had no qualms. She immediately stood up and rendered a most beautiful version of a frequently heard song with wild hand gestures and strong facial expressions.
As the rest of the world has already moved on after a few days Charice’s getting Botox news broke out, here’s one local news media that dwelled on it for a whole week. They were the first to break the news out. They had exclusive video coverage of Charice botox procedure which eventually made it on air in full color in their countless news and showbiz feature programming. Has it already been enough?
