Author: It was an overwhelming lineup of music superstars for David Foster & Friends at Mandalay Bay Events Center last night, and everyone turned in platinum and prized performances. The thrill of listening live to disco queen Donna Summer in a duet with Seal on “On the Radio,” followed by “The Last Dance” with the entire cast walking onstage for the finale, was one of the 10 most memorable music nights of my life.

They’re young, they’re on a white-hot winning streak, and most importantly, they’re just getting started: These are Billboard.com’s “21 Under 21,” selected not only for their tender age but also for their potential to rule the pop culture zeitgeist over the next 12 months.
The musical misfits of McKinley High were the darlings of the class of the 2009-2010 television season, and it appears that “Glee” will sustain its high note for its second season on Fox. Season 2 will definitely include recurring appearances by Charice, Chord Overstreet and John Stamos.
The second season of “Glee” kicked off last night and immediately cast aside any worries of a sophomore slump with an absolutely reinvigorating opening scene that not only directly addressed the show’s biggest critics, but seriously brought the funny. It also proved that while New Directions was ready for a new beginning, they weren’t going to be getting one any time soon.
